Refund policy

We want you to love your squeezee! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Any squishy that has been used, squished, mixed or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return or refund unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Change of Mind:
As a small handmade business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for Change of mind, Incorrect purchases or preference changes after an order is placed. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders:
Custom made squishes are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Each squish is handmade and may have slight variations in colour, shape, texture, decoration, or finishing details. These minor differences are a normal part of the handmade process and make each squish unique. Such variations are not considered faults and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, replacement, or exchange for a faulty item, please contact us by email squeezeenz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Unboxing video showing the fault or damage

Once your request has been reviewed, we will advise you of the next steps.

EU customers: may cancel their order at any time before it is fulfilled. After receiving the order, customers have 14 days to return it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty or non-conforming goods remain covered by applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the minimum 2-year legal guarantee. Some products may be excluded from the 14-day cancellation right where permitted by law.
