Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase.
For custom squishes, please allow an additional 48 hours for processing to ensure all glue and finishing materials have fully dried before shipment.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
New Zealand
- Courier Economy Tracked: 2–3 business days
International
- Australia Economy Tracked: 3–8 business days
- All other locations Economy Tracked: 3-10 business days
